- It's rare to see a Roadside Station in the city. We noticed also that it's frequented by locals, so it must be good here.
- There's an information counter, a local produce shop, some food stalls selling seafood or cooked food and a budget self-serviced restaurant.
- We bought some shellfish and fried chicken snacks. Then we bought a set meal, seafood sashimi don, at the self-service via a ticket vending machine and had our lunch there.
- There's a food stall there selling some potato fritters I think. I wanted to try one so I bought one. The lady staff was kind and gave me one that's freshly done. It was delicious !
- The information counter has a lady who could speak English and recommended us 1 or 2 local attractions around Uwajima.
